Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The stunning views from the rooms were fantastic, but I found it a bit difficult to keep up with the service at times. The location was beautiful, set in lovely grounds with a path leading down to the beach, but the dining experience left much to be desired. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some room for improvement.
I was thrilled with the stunning view of the Firth from our suite, perfect for savoring a cup of coffee. However, I was a bit let down by our bedroom. The full bathroom was excellent, though.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with coffee brought right to our suite and a good-sized bathroom. The decor was bright yet relaxing, and the kids loved the bunk beds. The service was excellent overall, despite the best efforts of the staff. The location was simply breathtaking, directly at the ocean with beautiful grounds leading down to the beach. The dining experience had some ups and downs, but the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel offers stunning views of the Firth from the excellent rooms, creating a wonderful stay with a few service issues. The location is perfect for beach lovers, but dining can be hit or miss.
The hotel offers beautiful views of the Moray Firth, good tea and coffee facilities, ample space for our toddler to run around, and a top shower. The service made us feel very welcome in a professional manner, with an exception of finding it difficult to keep up the service standards at times. The location is right on the seaside, set in beautiful grounds with a direct path leading down to the beach. The dining experience had a mix of great service on one evening and some challenges with service, including unfriendliness. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel is superbly located with breathtaking sea views, offering top-notch service that immediately made us feel welcomed. However, the dining experience was a bit of a miss with unfriendly service and limited options. The hotel's setting directly by the Ocean is unmatched, providing a beautiful atmosphere for a relaxing stay.
